Fairfield Aluminum Casting, Co. (FALCO) has two facilities centrally located in which to serve you. Both facilities span over 100,000 sq. ft., employing over 150. Our Fairfield, Iowa building (left) houses our core making, molding, and machining operations. Our Clarence, Missouri building (right) 
houses our secondary operations such as assembly, trim, and heat treat.

History Of Fairfield Aluminum Casting Company
Fairfield Aluminum Casting Company (FALCO) started out with a 5,000 square foot foundry in 1946 and has grown to a 100,000 square foot full service operation today. During each of the decades since our founding, we have invested in steady, planned growth in the services we offer to you - our customer. Every growth phase included an expansion of our facility, equipment and qualified personnel, in order to provide you with improved products and services.
In an early effort to improve our quality assurance, we began to acquire innovative testing equipment and facilities. From that day forward, our focus on proven quality has continued to define FALCO in the industry.
Providing the option of fully machined castings and a complete sand system became key to our services, as we responded to our customers' more diversified needs.
Additional facility expansions have permitted you, our FALCO customers, to bring larger and more complex projects to us for design and production. Heat treat and other capacities have continued to increase, so that today, we are able to keep pace with your ever-expanding needs. As a privately held corporation, we at FALCO have never lost sight of the challenges our customers experience in searching for cost-effective, high-quality production capabilities. We continue to explore new methods of contributing to your profitability, through the services we offer.
