NEW! FALCO now has Solidcast and Flowcast simulation software!! This is a 3-D fill simulation and solidification simulation software.
Our engineers have been specially trained to run this software to provide an accurate simulation of casting and gating quality related to metal and casting design.
What this means for you is higher quality sampling, higher quality during the life of the part, less scrap, make casting the most efficient way possible.

Pro-E Modeling Capability
Our installation of Pro/ENGINEER allows electronic downloading of drawings, 2D and 3D models from many different CAD programs. Pro/E offers many industry-standard and direct data exchange translators for sharing and re-using data.
Our design engineers use Pro/ENGINEER to create 3D casting models, which are then used by our tooling shops to manufacture the casting pattern or mold. We use state of the art technology to provide online collaborative product development workspaces where engineers can remotely share their designs.
